Bay California Trading (BCT) envisioned the creation of a line of sauces that were unique and innovative, while maintaining a gourmet quality in taste and appearance.

The company created a brand name, Festin, which captured the essence of the initial products that were based on recipes from South America.

BCT took a traditional, Argentine garlic sauce, enhanced it with new and exciting ingredients, and created a number of delicious and versatile sauces.  A later expansion of the line included a fusion of flavors from South America and the US Southwest.

Soon after, BCT developed its dessert/spread line, Festin Dulce de Leche.  Using the original dulce de leche recipe from Argentina (where dulce de leche was created), BCT added two new delicious flavors – dulce de leche with chocolate and dulce de leche with orange.  More variations will be coming:  raspberry, cherry, amaretto…!
